your Odyssey Sea Glass News, Issue #010 -- All right!
June 19, 2009
Hello All,

Best Arts and Crafts SuppliesLin_and_David

Summer is here, school is out. "Beach weather!" (I know you diehards consider any weather "beach weather.")

The longest days of the year this month and more hours to collect sea glass! To celebrate the nice weather, we are dedicating some time to uploading a bunch of new photos over the summer months.

I have added an easier upload feature on "Catch of the Day" so that you can contribute your photos on what you find today at the beach.

And we look forward to seeing your beach reports, crafts stories, and photos on "Your FUN Page".

As you know, this newsletter is an update on the new features and changes in the last couple of weeks.

If you are a new subscriber, you will enjoy the story and photos at  Glass Beach Special.  ENTER PASSWORD: gobeachglass

Ooops! Please read the first newsline heading below if you are having problems viewing that page!

If you have been reading the RSS/Blog, you will already have seen some of these new items...

But take a look at the updates below and see if you missed something important.

If you would like to receive the RSS/Blog, click on that "orange button" in the upper left hand corner of the toolbar on each page of Odyssey Sea Glass to subscribe.

If you have any questions or need more information, feel free contact us by clicking the above photo.

Jun 19, 2009, Internet Explorer and Special Glass Beach Report

A reader just made me aware that she cannot open the special report (for newsletter subscribers) in Internet Explorer. Sure enough, I can't either, although it works fine in Firefox, the browser I usually use. I am working on this and hope to be able to get it working right.

My apologies to those of you who have not been able to access that page and have quietly accepted your fate...

Jun 15, 2009, Searching and FINDING Seaglass Information

Wow! How do you ever find what your looking for on this site? With over 170 pages of photos and info, it is impossible to remember where you saw what!

Believe me, I know! I have used the search box at least 3 times today to find information I know is in there, and I WROTE THE DANG PAGES!

So be SURE to make full use of the search box with the link below. BOOKMARK the searchbox page. It works GREAT and has gotten a lot better at finding specific words and phrases.

This is a probably (at least to me) the most useful page on the site...but then again, my memory is shot ;-).

Anyway, I hope you find the search feature as helpful as I do!
