It is nice to be able to get outside, breather some clean air, and enjoy a walk by yourself and even better with a lovable companion.

Today, Lin and I got the chance to go for two hours and did really enjoy the morning sun. Although the sea glass was sparse, the perfect weather, sand, and waves made up for it. Not to mention the crab that actually challenged us to a fight. We declined. Photos of last two walks are further down this page.

I have read off and on the opinion that sea glass is disappearing from beaches due to the vast changeover to the use of plastics for bottles. Is that really a reason we're seeing less glass on some beaches? For the real picture, see the infographic on the history of the production of glass containers at Glass Containers and Bottles in the USA and compare the amount produced now as compared to a few years ago. Amazing!
