Any one know what these initials mean? May e type of piece this was from?

Found in Albion CA.
Initials are some combination of A S H - decorative, on the edge of clear glass.
The ridge next to the decoration appears to be straight, as does the matching indentation on the bottom.
I don't think it's the edge of a plate.
Does anyone know or have an educated guess?
