Beach glass ID - STHAV with letter R on top of it
Found this on beach in Milford CT. Does anyone know what this is from?.
Glass is very thick, 1/2" plus. I tried and only came up with some paper from 1918 that you had to subscribe to.

Also found 2 pieces about same size with one white letter and one blue letter. It's obvious they are from the same item, found in the same place
I think the letters are M and V.Any help with either would be greatly appreciated.
