I found a perfectly frosted dark dark geen / opaque circle of sea glass on a beach in Vieques, PR.

That's one nice piece, there, and agree it is almost certainly a bottle of some sort, but not a recent one, I think!

From the pic, it looks like what you have a the rim of a bottle that has been smoothed down. That is really a very nice piece of sea glass.

A keeper for sure.
