Hi there, I believe your bottle bottom is Phillips Milk of Magnesia. I remember seeing these in house and farm dumps when I was younger. Also I find a lot of tiny blue on the beach but never that big. Nice find! PS I live in Nova Scotia!

I see what appears to be the word Phillips and Phillips Milk of Magnesia was packaged in blue bottles for many years.
