Coffee Maracas and the Seaglass Shuffle

Lin doing the Seaglass Shuffle

Lin doing the Seaglass Shuffle

When I was putting this new comment feature together and thinking about what to call it, this photo of Lin came to mind!

Yes, it was very early in the morning. We had camped out at a park called Old Fort Townsend a few miles from Port Townsend, WA.

Instead of making camp coffee as we had done the morning before, we decided, "Hey, why wait for that. We could just stop by Starbucks and save some time."

So that's what we did. Then we got started early on the sea glass hunt at Fort Worden, North Beach. What a great day! The sea glass we found that day is in a photo on the Photos - Catch of the Day page.

Here is a photo of Lin that morning doing the "Seaglass Shuffle" with TWO cups of coffee...like maracas...in the early morning light, Fort Worden, WA.

Sea Glass Midwest
by: Anonymous

Hi Penny! I guess you live in the Midwest...I don't know where the lines between regions in the USA are drawn, but...is there any sea glass there???

Just kidding!

Sea, Sand and Cafe?!!

Envious in snow bound, waiting for the Spring flooding, Red River Valley of the North. God's earth is awesome! And Lin, too. :)
