Fort Bragg Museum Sea Glass Festival

Hello All;
The Sea Glass Show in Fort Bragg will now be held over the Labor Day weekend Sept. 5, 6 & 7 from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
Table fees will be $50/day/table, maximum table size 8 feet, and we will require at least a two day attendance on Sept. 5 & 6, with no breakdowns until 5 pm on the 6th.
Those with cash flow problems in this tough economy can pay with a post-dated check. I will advise on payment details when you confirm you are coming.
Set-up will commence at 8 am on 9/5 and daily if required. Overnight security will be provided if we determine daily set-ups are too much of a burden on the participants.
As of right now we have four out-of-town artists and at least two local artists, plus myself. Artwork ranges from jewelry to sea glass photography to crafts.
We will be doing radio promotions covering Mendocino County and other promotions wherever possible.
If you don't have your own tables, we can rent them for you locally for $8.50 for the full 3 days. Both 8' and 6' tables are available depending on your needs.
Payment, or a post-dated check, will be required by August 1st.
The Fort Bragg Museum Sea Glass Festival will be held outdoors on the Glass Beach Museum grounds, so if you have a canopy you might want to bring it. (I've never seen rain that early in the season.)
I have had a lot of replies from people who have said they can not attend this year, but will come next, so we expect the Show to grow.
Please RSVP to me as soon as you can so we can plan our advertising budget.
Don't forget there is Great picking here, so you might want to come early or stay late.
For those on a tight budget, there is a campground located right across the street and several others nearby. Labor Day is very busy here so it is advisable to make reservations early.
If you want to camp, please let me know so I can check for openings in the closest campgrounds. Also please let me know if you will be in an RV or using a tent. If an RV, please advise what hookups you will require. Less hookups equals less cost.
If you think I've forgotten anything, please let me know. ;-)
Thanks all,
Cass
