My question is for Toshi Kanno who posted about using glass and tile drill bits.

What brand of glass and tile drill bits are the best to buy? Could I get them at Home Depot?

I buy mine from Rio Grande Item# 343023, diamond bur, round ball. choice of size's on the ball . I like the round ball with the longer shank it seems to grind the glass faster and I can do thick pieces as well

I buy mine at Menards...a small set for 5.99 includes sevral sizes, work well & very economical! These are diamond bit drills.

I am not the person you referred to in your question, but you need diamond bits for drilling seaglass. I found some in Sears tool section.
