Some of My Hobbies!
Guess what, there is a mystery associated with hobbies. The mystery is this, why doesn’t everyone have one? The person on the street, when asked this question will usually reply that they don’t have the time. The truth is that everyone has time for a hobby! The real reason is that it is hard to choose one that I am interested in, and I want to put my own signature to it to make it uniquely mine. After all, I am unique!
These perceived barriers are altogether too real for most people and keeps them caught in nowhere land. To break through this barrier we need to read about the many choices available to us and be given some ideas as to how to make them unique for ourselves.
Oh, and one last thought about hobbies. They have been proven to decrease stress! Lower stress can help reduce heart disease, cancer risk, and a host of other ailments. For me, if I am busy with my hobbies I am not eating, helping me keep my weight down!
