I'm attempting to make a large amount of manmade sea glass for a couple of projects.  I have my mixer, sand, water and am collecting glass.

Anyone know the best ratio of water/sand/glass? 
Also what type of acid wash will give it the frosted appearance?

Sorry but that is not acceptable to me. you cannot call that "sea glass". It's just tumbled glass and some people try to pass it as
real sea glass . That is not honest.
