Textured glass like the orange piece featured on the home page is somewhat rare compared to smooth or ridged glass.

That's because the most common glass to find on a beach is glass from bottles, with the corresponding ridges, grooves or lips.

But bottles with patterns, like bumps or checkers, are not common. So usually no matter what the color is, if the glass is well tumbled and frosted AND has an unusual pattern, either raised or imprinted, it is worth keeping as a collector's item.
