The grade of these beach's would be a 16, due the simple fact that the overwhelming abundance of sea glass is present, but some of that glass is of very old bottles, in 3hrs my wife and I filled two 5 gallon buckets...all colors represented.

I looked it up on the map and can't imagine there being much wave action. Also, the rating doesn't go up to 16, just to Excellent, which is 16+ jewelry grade pieces in an hour. Please check the grading of sea glass, as it is important to keep the beaches rated correctly.
Look at the page on this site about grading sea glass, where it says "Jewelry Grade A: Evenly and thoroughly frosted with very rounded corners. No chips, poorly-rounded corners, or visible defects. Excellent for fine jewelry."
And "Jewelry Grade B: Same qualities as A grade sea glass but with a small chip or defect visible from one side only OR more defined edges/corners. Very good for jewelry and arts."
These are the only pieces of sea glass considered in the rating system for beaches.
