Where was this photo taken?

This photo was taken at Mentor Headlands in Ohio in late February.  The weather was unusually warm (60 degrees) so we decided to go hunting.

It was a wonderful experience, so much drift wood and beach glass.

The beach glass was not along the shoreline but farther from the water.  As we were leaving I saw this beauty crying out for me!!

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

When I took this photo, it had suddenly gotten much warmer than it had been.

Ohio winters can be harsh, so 60 degrees is like bath water.

Imagine when all of a sudden it feels like a blow dryer is hitting you!  Strangest thing ever.

I was actually laying in the sand, propping my beauty up, taking pictures, then putting my head down and relishing the warmth.

The pink/lavender beach glass I found made it feel even more like a summer day.

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

I took the picture with my Galaxy S7 cell phone.

Hi,

What a beautiful find!

So smooth looking, it's aged well beyond its years I'll say!

You have my vote : )

What Great Lake could this have come from previously I wonder?

Keep finding more : )
