Possibly a whole top of a bottle

I found this top of a bottle - I think thats what it is anyways on a beach in Singapore.

I'm active duty US Navy so I go to alot of beaches world wide. So I guess what im wondering is if any one has ever seen anything like it and what would you guess the value of it.

I'm not really looking to sell it, I thought it was really unique and one of a kind, but maybe I'm wrong.

I'm new to the sea glass collecting, ever since I have been stationed in Whidbey Island WA I've been collecting it. Its every where.

Any kind of answers on value and rarity would be greatly appreciated!
