Radioactive sea glass? Rusty's Girl

by nancy
(San Diego)

A few years ago I collected about 8 pieces of sea glass on the California coast. It is light cyan to pale turquoise blue and all pieces have a strong irradiance to them. Some are almost square about 3/4" x 3/4" and a couple are triangle shaped. A friend told me that due to the irradiance quality they may be radioactive. Anyone ever run into these?
