I am based in Ventura and make jewelry with sea glass and am always looking for new sources of glass to work with.
I give $30 per pound credit toward custom pieces we can make for you or you can choose from anything in our store.
I can also just buy it, but can only afford $10 per pound.

I may have seen you and a friend making a super collection last week. That was the first time I'd seen a scooper. I'm going to try to make one. Great idea, thanks.

I have improved my scooper and have collected about 200 lbs of glass at this point.

N.Central coast blue glass hunters by: Al n' Katie
We live a few minutes from the ideal spot..Seaside Beach, and the Fort Ord Dunes State recreational area...this is our turf. We are used to coming back with a pocketful of goodies every time! In fact, today we scored a rare red nugget! I am studying scoop designs to maximize finds. As we both are avid swimmers, hikers, and sailors, the surf poses no overwhelming threat to our safety. We love the outdoors experience.

A real venture. by: GG
Good lord, that looks like an accident to happen. I guess you have no business doing that if you cant swim, the ocean is so unpredictable and treacherous.I have friends on a honeymoon who have been swept out just taking pictures. Goodness I need to rethink this new venture.
