Sea Glass Identification

I found only the bottom of what appears to have been a bottle small rectangle,green.

It still has a number and three stamp. I would like to know what it was when it was made and by who.

Hi Robin, that sounds like an interesting find. But to get a sea glass identification or educated guess, you will need to post a photo.

There is just no other way to get any kind of a good answer
