Price of a big piece of sea glass by: David (editor)
Usually, "big" or "large" refers to a piece of sea glass that is larger than a quarter. Of course, some are much larger than that.
However, the price of a piece of sea glass has to do with two things much more than its size:
Quality. Color.
In the navigation bar that you see to the left, you can find "Grading Sea Glass," where you can see if the piece you have is high quality (Jewelry Grade) and if it is a rare color (yellow, red, orange, bright pink, etc).
If it is Jewelry Grade and a Rare Color, then, of course, a large piece will be worth far more than a "Small" (slightly smaller than a dime).
On the other hand, a Craft Grade shard in one of the common colors will have little or no value.
