Top Ten Beaches for Finding Sea Glass?

Find best sea glass beaches?

Find best sea glass beaches?

What would you consider the Top Ten Sea Glass Beaches of the World?

Hi, this is David of David'n'Lin here at Odyssey.

On our site we have never published an article on Top Ten Sea Glass Beaches.

Why?

Basically because there is such a variety in colors, quality, amounts, etc, that it would be like stating the "Top Ten Fruits of the World."

You really can't say which is the best or worst. A lot depends on your personal viewpoint.

Another factor is that some of the best beaches are known by relatively few people and nobody really wants to put these beaches right out in front of the world so to speak.

Yes, you might find one of these special beaches mentioned on this site, but you will have to work at it a little!

Smile :-)

On the other hand, we would like to hear some comments from you on what beaches you would consider among the top ten.

Mention 1, 2, 3 or more beaches.

These comments will go live for everyone to see.

If we get more than a few responses, we will then post an article saying something like "Readers Top Ten Sea Glass Beaches."

I don't know if any of you will pitch in, but we do feel a list of some kind will help SERIOUS and EDUCATED (those who have read all 1400+ pages on this site, right?) collectors of sea glass who are dreaming of new horizons.

So, what do you think? Give your opinion of your best sea glass beaches list in a comment below!

If you are heading out Chagaramus thru the main "Boca" just after Scotland Bay there are two beaches on the right.

Great finds -lots of glass- well tumbled.

You will find many pieces of old pottery and worn down red bricks as well as large pieces of glass.
