Where was this photo taken?

Sakonnet Point, Little Compton, Rhode island

Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

December 30th, afternoon, it was a very cold, windy day

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

It was the first time I had been to this beach, my husband took me here to "play" with my new camera.

I walked onto the beach and my breath was taken away by the beauty of the area.

I looked down and saw this piece.

I immediately snapped a photo and screamed to my husband!

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

Canon rebel t3i

What tips do you have for taking good photos of sea glass?

 I like it to be very sunny when photographing sea glass or shells.
