We read that they use to make glass with uranium in it. We also were told that if you shine a black light on it it will glow...so we got out our entire collection and we found we had two pieces! Give it a try:)

Blacklight

I use a counterfeit bill detector. It's a small penlight with a black-light LED. I got mine at Staples or Office Depot I think.
