I would have to agree with most of the comments that what you have is quartz.
If you have agates (the other possibility), the color usually isn't white, but very, very clear and ambery.
I think the only other way to distinguish between sea glass and quartz for sure is to simply compare the mystery pieces to some glass that has definitely been beach-tumbled.
In my opinion, the frosting that sea glass has is unmistakable, and set pretty uniquely apart from the more rock-like qualities of quartz.
If you have a picture we could know for sure, I'd bet!

Without seeing it, it's hard to tell but I think they might be sea glass pieces well rounded by the pebbles. Just try cracking one and see if inside is clear; it's glass. But if it's same as the outside, it's a rock.
