Sea Glass Report for Great Dog Island, BVI:  'No-Name' beach - just on the windward (Atlantic) side of the island

Rate the beach:

--- Good - 5 to 9 pieces of jewelry grade sea glass found per hour.


Found a good assortment of browns, orange, yellow, green and opaque (no blue!). Varied in size from lima-bean to silver-dollar size. Mostly flat pieces.

Sail to this island, just West of Virgin Gorda.  We sail the BVI in mid-December every year!  Great weather!  Mooring balls are available at "The Dogs".  Take the dinghy to the beaches and tie off to the beach or rocks.
