If you're looking for United States sea glass beaches, you'll find the following lists helpful.

By the same token, if you're going to be traveling to a shoreline in the United States and wonder if there are any known beaches for sea glass in that area, here are some guidelines. These beaches were gleaned from personal experience and also much research on the internet; however, we cannot vouchsafe the quantity or quality of reported sea glass on beaches where we haven't been yet, so keep that in mind.

Cat Island, Mississippi, Ship Island, Mississippi,and Horn Island, Mississippi  -Cat, Ship and Horn Island are barrier islands between 10 and 13 miles offshore.  Seaglass can be found mostly on the southern facing beaches but usually your best luck is after a tropical storm or hurricane.
