WINNER for the month!

Lavender Sea Glass found on Eglon Beach, Washington

04-02-16. Following the high tide out in the late afternoon, I found this beautiful piece of lavender colored beach glass. The day was warm in the 60's with some scattered clouds and a breeze coming off of the salt water.

At that time, I was excited to find the best piece for this year. I quickly set it inside shell on some driftwood to take a picture to share. My close friend, who is my comrade in beach glassing and making jewelry etc with it suggested I share with this group.

This was taken with my personal cell phone a Samsung Galaxy.

I had difficulty getting a clear picture of the glass and finally decided it was the best I would get. One photo was clear, but the color way too dark. The other photo the glass wasn't as clear but the color true to what it is. This is the photo I choose to share.
