Help Identifying if its actual sea glass

Hello. I'm pretty new when it comes to searching for sea glass. But over the last year or so I have become obsessed! Something is so peaceful about it. With that bring said- I often find myself questioning if it's sea glass or not especially with white.
All found at Harkness Memorial Park in Connecticut
