Any idea what this is from?

Any idea what this is from?

I have just started collected in the past year. Have searched in SE Alaska, Baja, Mexico and the Pacific NW where we live. I found a piece with raised letters and wanted to know if anyone could tell what kind of bottle or whatever it came from??? Thank you
