Parco Vacanze Piccolo Paradiso Campground Beach

Albenga

Italy

We found more than 200 pieces of seaglass in a few days of beach visits. They range in size from 1mm to 5cm. Most were clear or green, with just a few precious blues and one pale purple. Almost everything we found was beautifully rounded and frosted.

This 50m-long beach is private and affiliated with the campground across the street. There are public access areas nearby with similar pebbly areas. I would bring snorkel gear if I came again, as the largest and best colored pieces were further down in the water. The waves make it hard to look at pieces in the water. Still, just sitting on the beach, every new wave or handful of pebbles revealed new treasures.
