Sea Glass?

Piece found in La Jolla, CA.

It is rounded on the back, and has a circle measuring about 1.25" in diameter with a central dot and several lines like spokes coming out of the central dot...?

Ship wheel???

Down to the right of this is a letter "A" and up to the right appears to be the number "2" with another circle enclosing all of this.

Would be curious to find out what this might have come from.

Thanks!
