St. Petersburg, Plum Island sea glass?

Name of Beach: St. Petersburg, Florida, and Plum Island, Massachusetts, United States of America
I have lived in St.Petersburg Florida for 12 years and am an avid beachcomber.
I have never found any sea glass on St. Pete beach.
I spend the summer in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and have to say never found any sea glass on Plum Island.
Both were listed as sites with sea glass.
Big disappointment but Plum Island has great driftwood.
