Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

The photo was taken on a cold rainy day November, 2013.

These are my favorite tiny beauties found in the past year, from Fall 2012- Fall 2013.

Many of them come from a few days walking the beach in Seaham, England and others come from Port Townsend near Seattle.

A couple are from Sandy Hook, NJ

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

Sorting beachglass and taking photos of it on dreary days brings back the beauty of where I found them, the adventures I had along the way (I had to get rescued by the Police off the beach at Port Townsend after an unexpectedly high tide came in and it got dark while I was climbing over a million downed trees, and...

I have never SEEN rain the likes of what I hunted Seaham's shores in!) and the joy of the hunt!

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

Shot taken on my iPad.

What tips do you have for taking good photos of sea glass?

I put them out in the rain for a bit to make the colors glow.
