I’m not sure if it’s a bird or a dolphin was curious to what this is from I found it under a log as well as other great pieces

Blueish green looks like a bird or dolphin I’d love to find out what it’s from or maybe it’s just me , I’m a Cecil county resident found it In Aberdeen Maryland the same day I found sea glass with chicken wire inside.
