Is this a odd beach glass?

It has few air bubble and what u think might might be a small stones inside. It look it was melted too. Was rock hunting, when I came across what looked liked a sack. I picked it up and I thought this is cool. I didn't know what it really was.

appears to be a piece of bonfire glass, which is glass that was melted down in a bonfire before being tossed into the ocean to be disposed of; this is why it often has an unusual shape, air bubbles, or is even fused with other colors and pieces of glass.
