"OHIO" - Beach Glass and Beach Pottery

~ submitted by Kelly Johnson, Elyria Ohio USA

Where was this photo taken?

At a private beach near Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio.

Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

July, 2013 (found in morning, after a rainy night)

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

I felt like I won the lottery.

First of all, I was excited to have been finding beach glass and lucky stones.

Then to find a small piece of brick with the whole word still imprinted on it and that word being OHIO was awesome!

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

Galaxy S3 cell phone camera.

What tips do you have for taking good photos of sea glass?

Not anything special that I know of.
