There needs to be some way to share for amateurs

There's a lot of people like me I think - I like to collect it, I am learning how to make some stuff with it, but that's just to give to friends/family. I'm not collecting lbs and lbs of the stuff.

I also live in a big city without a car, so if I am going to go to a beach, I have to make special arrangements.

I don't know how it could be done, but I wish there was a way, even peer to peer.
