Beautiful Sea Glass Find in RI

Necklace
Found this in RI, I believe it may have been an iodine or perfume applicator.
My daughter had the necklace made for me with matching sea glass from Saint Martin.
I just love it and get many compliments.

It is clear glass that is embossed with a circular pattern and a symbol within it. It looks like a year starting 18 but I can’t read the next 2 numbers. -
