Can anyone identify this bottle shard?

Can anyone identify this bottle shard?

This piece has the letters NO then 4 letters half missing and then RN so NO----RN.

I found it on Port Clinton beach on Lake Erie in northwestern Ohio.

It does not spell Northern though because the third letter is either an R or a P.

This word is located towards the bottom of what used to be the bottle because there are many distinctive tiny dots that would have been part of the bottom of the bottle.
