Glass with letters- bottle ID

by Lisa
(Monterey, California, USA)

Hey all, I found this on McAbee Beach in Monterey, California. It's the first piece I've ever found with letters, and I'm trying to see what bottle it might have come from. It has "OR" and possibly "Y" visible. It's curved in a way that makes it seem like the letters are near the top of the bottle close to the neck.

I appreciate any help, though I know there's not much to go by. Thanks!

Lisa

Think it is a beer bottle. Most brown Seaglass is from beer bottles` just like most green is from soda pop bottles.
Coors but the last letter does not look right.Advise you to get the Seaglass cards.
Good luck!

I believe this to be a piece of an old Clorox bottle.
