Iridescent

Hi! I sit started collecting with my six year old! We found a really interesting piece. When dry, it appears to be black with an iridescent sheen( that actually scratches off). When held to light the glass is clearly a deep green.

I have been researching and wondering if this could be Black Sea glass?

Thanks in advance for your response!
