Old Black Glass

WOW!! Just look at the glass thickness! Exceptional find and truly very, very old! I'm hoping to head to Seaham in a few months. Is this where this was found?

Very good find, these are usually broken down into several smaller pieces. Definitely a keeper. Which beach was it found at?

Old Bottle
by: David

Hi Kerry, thanks for sending this in. This looks really old.

As far as knowing what it is from, it is impossible to identify most bottle fragments unless there are markings that can be seen; like words, logos, numbers, patterns.

It is definitely a keeper and a good addition to your collection.
