Sea Glass Montevideo, Uruguay

Bought a simple square glass bowl at Walmart and decorated the center with colorful glass from Uruguay.

The center piece is a red glass button!

I collected the pieces myself.

Most all of the city beaches towards old town and the port area have sea glass.

These came from Playa de Pocitos and Playa Ramirez.

Right now during the summer months the city fills the beaches with new sand and there is not much to be found.

Once the sand washes away again and the edges get rocky again it’s good picking. celery
