Seeking identification

My son found this little piece of blue sea glass at the beach at Harmers Haven, Victoria, Australia. It is as small as an Australian five cent coin. We were wondering if anyone has any idea on what it may be?

It resembles a formal dining Knife Rest. Many styles of them are not symmetrical. I hope someone recognizes it!

Bottle Stopper

Looks to me like a bottle stopper, which is an extremely rare find. Make sure you keep that piece somewhere safe! Nice work!
