Struggling to find out what this is from

Found this in Chesapeake bay on the Maryland side. It has partial letters Sea and along the side it says Cincinnati and it's hard to read. I've tried for weeks now and can't find a thing. I keep thinking it's a Segrams bottle but i don'tthink it is. Any insight would be helpful.
