Sand, Sea Glass and a little piece of Wedgewood History

Where was this photo taken?

This photo was taken at my favorite sea glass fossiking beach, Frankston in Victoria - Australia

Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

Last March 2015 on a beautiful sunny, summer's day what better past-time than wandering along the foreshore at low tide looking for treasure.

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo of sea glass?

I wanted to try out the close up settings on my Sony Cyber-shot.

I'm not great at taking any sort of photos so I was wrapped that I was able to capture not only the little pieces of glass that lay in the washed sand but also the little piece of wedgewood pottery that lay there winking at me!

What tips do you have for taking good photos of sea glass?

I'm one of those point and shoot photographers, so if a photo turns out great or even half great, I am over the moon.

This one made my heart soar!

Hope you like it?
Cheers,
Marylyn
