Sailing Boat with Beach Glass

Sailing Boat with Beach Glass

~ sea glass project submitted by Maree in Waihi, New Zealand

"I did this sailing boat with beach glass on a piece of clear glass.

I marked out the pattern first first with  a marker pen, then glued the pieces, then used grout in the gaps.

I then got 2 holes drilled in the top corners so it can be hung - preferably in a window with the light behind.

It was fun to do."

Thanks guys. Umm, I think the glue used on the glass panel was a clear silicone or something called Gorilla Grip - the clear one. Then a grey grout in the gaps. i will post another idea shortly.
