RAT beach (it's the stretch between Redondo And Torrance Beach

Locals also sometime refer to it as Burnout Beach.

City nearest to that beach is Redondo Beach/Torrance, California

At low tide, there are almost always piles of shells & rocks left in long lines on the beach that have pieces of sea glass hidden in them.

Typically I find between 4-8 pieces of glass in about an hour. They aren't super rounded since its a sandy beach. Mostly flat pieces with slightly rounded edges.

Any more beaches for sea glass in the Torrance area?
by: Jeanine G.

I will be heading to the southern California coastline and would love to find some beaches with sea glass, especially in the Redondo Beach area.

Does anyone else regularly look for sea glass on any beaches near there!

Thank you
